MAYFAIR BAKERY PLANT, KISUMU

Architect: Building Designer & Consultant, Nairobi

This was an industrial project in Kisumu. The project comprised of the main bakery plant, executive offices and storage areas.

TOYOTA KENYA SHOWROOM, NAIROBI

Architect: Planning System Services, Nairobi

This was an industrial project at the junction of Uhuru Highway and Lusaka Road. The Project comprised offices, showrooms, workshops, motor parts storage areas, changing rooms among other facilities.

BATTERY MANUFACTURING PLANT, NAIROBI

Architect: Raj Architects, Nairobi

This was an industrial project on Mombasa Road, Nairobi, Kenya. The project comprised of main battery plant, executive offices, storage areas, changing rooms, security lighting.

MISSION AVIATION FELLOWSHIP (MAF) HANGERS, NAIROBI

Architect: Planning System Services, Nairobi

This was an industrial project at Wilson Airport, Nairobi. The project comprised of the hanger, executive offices, storage areas, workshops.

TRANSWORLD SAFARIS HANGERS, NAIROBI

This was an industrial project for Transworld Safaris, Nairobi. The Project comprised of hangers, offices, workshops, waiting areas, changing rooms.

TWIGA TOWERS, NAIROBI

Architect: Building Designer & Consultant, Nairobi

This was a commercial building project which comprised of seven (7) floor offices with retail shops on the ground floor and basement car parking facilities.

SOUND PLAZA, NAIROBI

Architect: Bali Architects, Nairobi

This was a commercial building comprising of seven (7) floor offices with retail shops on the ground floor. It has a semi-basement for car parking and the restaurant on the first floor.

WILLIAMSON HOUSE, NAIROBI

Architect: Planning System Services, Nairobi

This was a commercial office block building with nine (9) floor offices. It has car parking facilities on the ground floor and the basement.

MARA SOPA LODGE

Architect: Raj Architects, Nairobi.

This was a game lodge comprising of 80 self-contained rooms with conference hall, dining hall, kitchen with cold & freezer rooms, lounge, pool, etc.

COMMERCIAL BANK OF AFRICA BRANCHES, KENYA

Architect: Planning System Services, Nairobi

This project consisted of four new commercial bank branches located at Kijabe Street and Westlands in Nairobi and Nyali and Diani in Mombasa which consisted of the offices, banking hall, CCTV system, security system, panic buttons, access control system, etc

KENYA COMMERCIAL BANK BRANCHES

Architect: Triad Architects, Nairobi

This project consisted of two new commercial bank branches located in Kisumu and Eldoret which consisted of offices, banking hall, CCTV system, security system, panic buttons, access control system, generators, etc.

BARCLAYS BANK BRANCH

Architect: Vamos International, Nairobi

This project was a new commercial bank branch at Ruaraka consisting of the executive offices, banking hall, CCTV system, security system, panic buttons, access control system, generators, etc.

NATIONAL BANK OF KENYA BRANCHES

Architect: Suresh Kapila Architects, Nairobi.

This project consisted of two new commercial bank branches at Busia and Muhoroni consisting of offices, banking hall, CCTV system, security system, panic buttons, access control system, generators, etc.

AGA KHAN HOSPITAL, NAIROBI

Architect: Symbion International, Nairobi

This was a project involving the rehabilitation of laboratories, main reception area, kitchen area, and installation of new machines for radiology department, cat-scanning machines, etc.

NURSING HOME HOSPITAL, KISUMU

Architect: J. Dave Associates, Kisumu

This was a hospital project consisting of private rooms, general wards, operation theaters, doctor’s rooms, laboratories, dining hall, kitchen facility, cold/freezer rooms, nurse call system, security system, standby diesel operated generators, oxygen supply line, air conditioning system, etc.

AUTO SPRINGS LIMITED, LIMURU

Consultant: Bhundia Associates, Nairobi

This is an industrial project having an electrical load of 750kva. The industry is to manufacture all kinds of springs which includes for the trucks as well. The industry had three electric furnaces, offices.
